Gilmore Girls
I've finally finished all 7 seasons of Gilmore Girls.
And as much as I had enjoyed myself watching Rory grow up and Lorelai coming to terms with being Lorelai Gilmore, I must say that I'd been disappointed with the last 2 seasons.
The story saw a steady decline at the beginning of season 5 and didn't seem to slow down.
Rory was no longer Rory.
After 7 seasons, the writers couldn't even give us proper closure.
I had always thought that the journey will ultimately be the destination.
But it seemed to me that the writers had brought us on a wild goose chase that led to nowhere but frustration and disbelief.
Having said all that, I will miss the fast talking mother and daughter team.
